Tony Sheldon has
been playing the
guitar since 1973. He has played in numerous bands and ensembles
over the years and is currently playing guitar accompaniment for a
local singer at local acoustic nights and folk clubs.
He began teaching the guitar in November
1985. Former pupils have moved on to form pop and rock bands, in
both amateur and professional situations.
Students of the classical guitar have achieved successes in Trinity
College of Music grade examinations ranging from grades 1 to 8 and
some have moved on to studying composition at university and
teaching guitar themselves.
